Sharing the Learning

Online web-conferencing facilities are available to leverage the value of your on-site or blended learning programme before, during or after the programme.

We can tailor the event to suit your needs:

  • Setting the scene prior to an on-site programme
  • Monitoring project progress between modules or after the programme
  • Cascading nuggets of programme learning to other colleagues

Main Advantages:

  • Internet access to the event from your desk, so no need to travel
  • One-hour event scheduled in advance causes minimum disruption
  • Brings global managers together from wherever they are in the world

Introductory Webinar (about one month prior to the programme start)

Participants will meet the programme director and faculty, and be provided with details about the programme content, design and any pre-programme assignments that they might be required to prepare.
The idea is to engage them in a dialogue that will allow them to better prepare for the residence program, and better understand the expectations and learning outcomes. This is also an opportunity to break the ice with the other participants, to begin the networking process, to dispel any concerns they may have and to answer any questions.

Follow-Up Webinar (about six weeks after the last module)

After the on-site programme, and with the advantage of several weeks’ hindsight, this is an opportunity to continue the momentum of the learning by giving participants an opportunity to review the learning concepts, to ask questions, give direct feedback and to get input on their ongoing action plans from the faculty and from their programme colleagues. It is a way of consolidating the value of the programme and reinforcing the global networking ties.
